If the red wrap red was the best make of the month this is a very close second. I have used this dress a lot because it is so cute and so comfortable.

It is an elongation of the Saraste blouse pattern from Breaking the pattern. The original model has an extremly loose fit in the waist, and I just extended it following the same angle of all pieces. Therefore the dress is very loose fitting from the bust down.

The fabric is from Ohlssons tyger, I bought 3 meters more than a year ago... It is an interesting cotton fabric with a lot of structure, with pink and white stripes. The buttons are from Bibbis textil.

My lovely niece accompanied me during the photoshoot and we had a lot of fun!

In my attempt of reducing my stash I did not want any scraps - so I made a little tshirt with the leftover fabric! It is a very simple model with short pengiun sleeves. I had to patch it a little but it is part of the design ;)
